Due to the winter’s snowpack, saturated ground, and forecasted rainfall, the water level at Saylorville Lake is on the rise. Thanks to the clubs’ dedication to youth literacy over the years, they have been able to provide a free dictionary to every third grader in Boone County! Boone Rotary has also been able to give each second grade teacher $1 per student for the months of February, March, April, and May in order to build personal libraries for each student....
