BG (Ret) John A. Tymeson, 73, of Ogden, went to the arms of his Lord at home surrounded by family on January 2, 2019. Visitation will be held at Schroeder-Stark-Welin Funeral Home, 609 7th Street, Boone, Iowa on Sunday, January 6, 2019 with the family present from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 703 Greene Street, Boone, Iowa on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Interment with full military honors will be at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery on Monday at 12:30 p.m.
