Booth breaks her own 5K cross country record

“Conditions were aligned for some fast races tonight – the course was fairly flat, the weather was cooler, and the races were competitive,” said  Ogden coach Ryan Kobliska following last Thursday’s cross country meet. “We saw some great effort from our runners, and it all added up to much improved race times and some good team finishes.” West Central Valley hosted the Wildcat Invitational Sept. 28 at Menlo.

Next week will be busy with a meet Tuesday at Lake City then Thursday at South Hamilton (Jewell).
