Boys rebound and dominate ACGC at home

Ben Heeren led the Bulldogs with 22 points as the team raced to a 67-48 win over Humboldt. Monday, Dec. 3. The Bulldogs built a 21 first-half lead and coasted from there.
“After starting off trading baskets the first couple minutes, our defense began showing up, and the next thing we knew we had a double digit lead to end the quarter,” said Ogden Coach Dave Morris. “Ethan Snedden played a huge role in that.”
We really played a half well enough to build a 20 point lead and came back in the 2nd half and worked on a lot of things while learning our defense still.
In addition to Heeren’s 22. Snedden added 13 and Kayden Kruse, 14.

Van Meter 67 - Ogden 44
In Tuesday night’s game Ogden offense was shut down as the Dogs fell to Van Meter 67-44.
“We have to take this as just what it is - a learning experience and a chance to find some growth within ourselves,” commented Morris. “Van Meter didn’t go to state the last 2 seasons because they bought tickets at the gate, they were there because they are good in all phases of the game.”
