Bulldogs defeat Earlham Cardinals 13-8

Ogden vs. Panorama

Ogden baseball collected 8 hits (4 for extra bases) in a 15-0 win over Panorama here Monday, June 26. The Bulldogs were led by Carter Church with three hits,  two of them doubles. Chad Mohr and Kayden Kruse added triples.

Ogden vs. Earlham

The Bulldogs erupted for a 6-run second inning enroute to a 13-8 win over the Earlham Cardinals Thursday, June 29. Ogden pounded out 13 hits with Carter Church getting three that drove in a pair of runs.  Mohr,  Jacob Craven and Austin Flynn collected two hits each. Mohr, Craven and Noah Snedden had a double each. Craven also drove in three runners.

The win put Ogden at 13-8 overall. They have one more game, Wednesday at Greene County, before regionals begin.

The Bulldogs are slated to face Roland-Story at Story City Saturday at Story City for the first round of Regional play. Game time is 5 p.m. The winner faces Van Meter Tuesday, July 11.
