Bulldogs fall to Woodward Academy; get 10-point win over ACGC

The Ogden Bulldogs came into the week with a record of 5-6 and looked to rebound against Woodward Academy after a close loss to Madrid. The Bulldogs and Knights went back and fourth throughout last Tuesday’s home game. The game came down to the wire, but the Knights finished out on top with a score of 74 to 70. 

The Bulldogs had a balanced scoring attack against Woodward Academy. Junior Ben Heeren led the Bulldogs, putting up a double – double. Heeren had 19 points and 10 rebounds. Seven of his rebounds came on the offensive end. Griffin Diggs added in 16 points and nine rebounds of his own. Diggs added in four assists and four steals. Coming off the bench, Kayden Kruse scored 15 points, making four of his shots behind the arc. Noah Snedden chipped in nine points and Jacob Craven hit two three pointers. Jade Thompson added in five assists. The Bulldogs struggled shooting from the field, shooting 39 percent for the game.
