Celebration of Life for Joyce Wisecup

    Joyce Marie Wisecup, formerly of Boone, passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2018 in South Carolina.     The family will welcome friends and family for a celebration of life Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018 at the Pilot Mound Community Center.
