Cold and snow have arrived

Seven Oaks Recreation between Boone and Ogden along Hwy. 30 finally got the cold weather needed to make their snow in time for students to take advantage of the extended hours over Christmas break.

The resort’s winter activities include skiing, snow boarding and snow tubing.

Last Thursday, they opened with fresh snow from Mother Nature and another couple inches were expected on Friday.
