Coleten Bass earns his spot at Special Olympic Summer Games in Ames

Coleten Bass with his first and second place ribbons he earned competing at the Special Olympics.

OHS sophomore Coleten Bass competed in the Special Olympics on April 16. He won second place in the 50 meter dash, and was the champion of the tennis ball throw. His achievements have helped him to qualify for the Special Olympic Summer Games, which will be taking place in Ames, May 23-25.
