Dora McConnell passes away

Dora Ann McConnell, age 92, of Jefferson, Iowa, formerly of Washington, Iowa, died Saturday, September 15, 2018, at the Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson, Iowa.

Memorial services and interment will be held at a later date at the Riverside Cemetery in Hershey, Nebraska. The Jones & Eden Funeral Home of Washington, Iowa, is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be sent for Dora’s family through the web at www.jonesfh.com.

Dora is survived by her husband, Lynn McConnell of Jefferson, Iowa; three sons, Lyle (Candice) McConnell of Mediapolis, Iowa; James (Susan) McConnell of Ogden, Iowa; Fay (Melody) McConnell of Stanley, Virginia; seven grandsons; 13 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Barbara Murray of Idaho.
