Funeral services for Helen Smith

Helen Virginia Smith, age 102, passed away peacefully June 3, 2017 at the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, Iowa.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 24 at 1:00 p.m. in the Eastern Star Masonic Home chapel, with Rev. Gary Hoyt officiating. Helen chose to donate her body to the Anatomy Department at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, hoping to help further medical advances. The cremains will be interred at a later date in Glenwood Cemetery in Ogden, Iowa.
