It takes just one game to end an otherwise great season

Ogden was held to three hits as they fell to CMB 5-3 on their home field Tuesday, July 14. Brady Strover of the Raiders struck out 15 Bulldog batters while issuing 4 walks, helping his team advance in district play by eliminating the Bulldogs.

The Raiders built a 3-0 lead but Ogden responded in the home half of the third. Allen Waterbury singled to lead the inning off and Nick Ross followed with a double to center, placing Waterbury at third. A wild pitched scored Waterbury and Ross scored when Treston Hagen grounded out to second.

“Every time we made a run at them they would match us,” said Coach Dick Smith.
