Age 61 of Mesa, Arizona passed away 7/26/2019 at Banner Baywood Hospital. For family members, there will be a Memorial Service on October 5th at 11:00 am at Mountain View Funeral Home 7900 E Main St Mesa, AZ. After which there will be a Celebration of Kathy’s Life at 559 N 95th Place in Mesa at 2 pm for family and friends.
