Lady Dogs compete at Ballard

Ogden’s distance medley had another fine night Friday, taking second place at the Ballard Relays. Myra Bolton, Abbi Lentz, Kim Christensen and Hannah Booth finished in a time of 4:55.33.

Camryn Buxton ran a personal best in the 3000 meter run and took fourth place. Other personal records included Bolton in the 200 and Allea Klauenberg in both the shot and discus events.

Coach Dena Boys said they had major improvements on some splits in their relays. The Bulldogs scored 27 points and placed sixth out of seven teams competing.

Ogden’s track teams will be competing Tuesday at Guthrie Center in the WCAC conference meet. Friday night, May 6 is the Ogden Coed Relays.
