Kids Day at the Park

Ogden Family Dental will once again host Kids Day at the Park during Ogden Fun Days.

Children between the ages of 2 to 12 are invited to Ogden City Park Friday, June 27 from 1 to 3 p.m. for games, prizes, crafts, popcorn, balloons and tattoos.

Kids Day will also feature games and prizes by the Boy Scouts and crafts by 4-H’ers. Anne Thomas of Patio Pros will be passing around balloons to all the youngsters.

Treasure Hunt Clues

Pirates have hidden a treasure,

Finding it will bring you much pleasure.

The loot has powers in many ways,

To begin the Goonies Fun Days.

It will pull you away from the couch and TV,

Getting out in the community is the key.

Band together with friends of old,

There’s power in numbers, I’ve been told.

Clue #1 (from last week)

The prize is between the old and the new,

The circle of eight holds the secret, too.

The rich stuff is not in a building or underground,

In the next two week’s Reporter, more clues will be found.

Clue #2

Please be very quiet when you enter

It is the number one rule of this learning center.

At this place stories are bound together

Some with canvas, some with leather.

At the end of the mystery you will find one more clue

Inside will be directions with what to do.

Good luck all ye pirates and treasure hunters around,

And watch for clue number three in the next newspaper in town.
