Ogden’s VisionBank is recruiting Angels for the holidays

Ogden, Iowa – November 18, 2016 – ‘Tis the season to be an angel in Ogden.

People in the Ogden community are needed to help spread cheer and extend hope by making the holidays brighter for local children. The Angel Tree project – facilitated by staff at VisionBank – will provide willing “angels” a way to provide gifts for youth in need. Sponsor cards will list the age, size, wants and need of a specific child (no names given), so angels can buy appropriate items that will not only meet real needs, but also brighten the Christmas holiday in a specific way.

This is the 27th year for the Angel Tree project in Ogden. VisionBank staff coordinates all the sponsor cards, gift buying, wrapping and delivery before Christmas.
