Ogden girls collect big wins

Ellee Laws and Ashton Boggess powered the Bulldogs to a 14-2 win over West Cental valley Wildcats in the Monday, June 5 game. Ogden pounded out 15 hits including five for extra bases.  

Kami Wheelock started the home half of the first with a base hit. After Meredith Adreon popped out to short, Boggess homered to left center. Laws followed with a homer to right center and before long, the Bulldogs were up 5-0.Denali Loecker highlighted a 5 run second for a 10-0 lead. Laws’s two-run triple and Loecker’s  second double of the game added 4 runs in the third  for the 14-2 win. 

The Bulldogs were led by Laws and Christensen with three hits apiece with Laws adding a homerun and triple. Denali Loecker collected two doubles with Kami Wheelock, Kennedy Kruse and Lauren Kennedy with two hits apiece. 

Ogden 19 - Van Meter 2 

Ellee Laws powered the Bulldogs to a 19-2 win over Van Meter last Tuesday, June 6. The Bulldogs collected 16 hits, including 4 homers, in the contest. Laws collected three hits all homers and Loecker collected the other home run.
