Ogden softball and baseball kickoff to a muddy season

Ogden’s softball and baseball teams kicked off their seasons over the last couple of weeks. Due to field conditions and weather delays, it’s been a whirlwind of a start for the Bulldogs as they head in to June.

The softball team now sits with a 3-2 mark as of May 30. While most of the games over the last week had to be either canceled or postponed, warmer weather ahead should help with more consistent scheduling.

Unfortunately, the baseball team has suffered the same weather-induced fate. Many of their starting games have either been canceled or postponed, but after some location shuffling for better field conditions, both teams were able to play in Ogden on May 30 for a matchup against South Central Calhoun.
