OHS competes at Greene County High School for the first outdoor meet of the season

The weather warmed up just in time for heart of track season, as the Bulldogs were able to compete at their first outdoor meet of the season last week. The meet had been rescheduled from the day before, so unfortunately scheduling conflicts kept the Bulldogs lineup fairly short. Nevertheless, it was a successful meet overall.

Some highlights from the meet include Louis Higgins winning the 110 high hurdles, which makes for significant progress in this event since last year. Higgins also medaled in the 400 hurdles during one of his first attempts at the event.

Garrett Buxton took second in the 1600, after getting edged out in a sprint to the finish line.
