Project was definitely a group effort

Three major components of the McGraw Center project are now complete: Message board, sign and new front door.

“Save the marquee.” Those were the words uttered in late November of 2016. WOW . . . How you responded! Thank you seems a bit trite to show how the McGraw Senior Center Board of Directors feels following such an overwhelming response. Pat yourselves on the back - you as a community deserve it.

This was a group effort, typically the “Ogden variety” with everyone pitching in from near and far.

Once again the marquee heralds coming attractions or events. The message board has been met with positive response. Job well done one and all.

Starting this month procedures are in place to guide public use of the message board. Fees are set to keep the messages running bright and colorful far into the future. If you are interested in having a message posted, call McGraw Center at 515-275-4519 during their open hours of Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for complete information.  If calling after hours, leave a message and someone will return your call.
