Shannon Wirtz joins Reporter staff

Shannon Wirtz is a familiar face to many around town, having grown up in Ogden then working at The Lucky Pig Pub & Grill part-time while attending classes at DMACC in Boone. We are pleased to announce she has taken a full-time position at The Ogden Reporter.

Her dynamic personality makes her a perfect fit as our marketing representative. 

“After moving back home after just a year in Ames, I realized that Ogden truly is where my heart is,” said Wirtz. “Leaving a job I loved in Story City was one of the toughest choices I’ve had to make, but the community’s ecstatic responses to the news of me working for the Reporter has given me all the more faith that this is going to be the best experience ever!”
