Ogden Fun Days 2018 has a full slate of activities for all ages scheduled. The town-wide celebration is Thursday through Saturday, June 21-23 on main street and in the City Park.
Thursday night’s family-friendly drive-in movie follows along with this year’s theme - Ogden Fun Days - Camping Out 2018”. The movie takes place at Ogden High School beginning at 9 p.m. Cost is $10 per car load.
The Ogden Family Dental Motor Show highlights Friday’s list of events and is a big attraction annually. The show runs from 5 to 9 p.m. along main street.
Evening musical entertainment includes the group Standing Hampton who plays tribute to some of the hottest rock icons of all time. They’ll be performing Friday night from 8 p.m. to midnight at the band shell.
Justin Elliott Band will take the stage Saturday night beginning at 8 p.m. Their sound is a blend of southern rock and country.
Of course every town-wide celebration needs a parade. The parade is Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. Everyone is invited to the City Park after the parade for a special quilt presentation (see story elsewhere on page one).
Youngsters can enjoy hours of fun on inflatables set up throughout the park. A $20 wristband gives them unlimited access Saturday from 12 noon to 4:30 p.m.
