OGDEN - The Ogden girls basketball team got back on the court this past week to get started on the 2023 part of the schedule. The ‘Dogs came up against some tough competition and fell in both contests.
Tuesday night was the battle of the Bulldogs as Van Meter came to Ogden. A slow first period harmed Ogden in a 50-34 setback.
Ogden gave up 22 points in the opening frame and trailed by 13 going to the second quarter, 22-9. Ogden put up 12 points in the second and trailed by 10 at halftime, 31-21.
