Mike L. Duncan, 63, of Fraser, Iowa, passed away on May 22, 2020, at his home after a long battle with brain cancer. Public graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 28, 2020, at the Pilot Mound Cemetery. Pastor Philip Berger will officiate. Please observe social distancing.
