RSVP volunteers in Boone County have been working to make a difference by sewing masks for students. Efforts are already underway with deliveries of masks to schools and the Head Start in Boone.
With the COVID-19 pandemic this year, the ways volunteers have been able to serve their communities have changed, but their desire to serve remains the same.
“We are an organization that serves the community through volunteerism,” said Director Michele Hull.
“An individual had quite a bit of unused material, and donated it,” Hull added.
