The second quarter was the biggest difference on Monday night for the Ogden girls in a road contest at Glidden-Ralston. The Bulldog girls were there most of the game but the second period was the difference in a 50-34 loss.
The ‘Dogs trailed by three after the opening quarter, 9-6. G-R pushed ahead, out-scoring Ogden by nine points to take a 27-15 lead at the break. Both teams scored nine points in the third quarter, and Ogden was outscored by four in the final eight minutes.
The Bulldogs went 12-for-50 from the floor, hit three three-pointers and seven free throws.
