Pickleball, one of the fastest-growing sports today, now can be played in Pilot Mound. The new pickleball court is a combined effort of The City of Pilot Mound and the Bluff Creek Wranglers 4-H Club.
The Bluff Creek Wranglers 4-H club suggested to the Pilot Mound City Council that the cement slab located next to the Pilot Mound Community Building might offer
adequate space, and a good surface for a pickleball court. The City of Pilot Mound
ordered a portable net, a set of four paddles, and balls.
