Jo’s Haircuts for Men in Og-den has been a busy place since Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds announced that bar-ber shops and salons could re-open on May 15 after they were closed for two months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“It has been busy catching up. Everyone wanted their hair cut at the same time to get back to feeling normal,” said barbershop owner Olivia Smith.
Smith re-opened the shop on May 15 starting with hair-cuts for military service members and others who really needed haircuts due to their jobs.
