OGDEN/STUART/EARLHAM/GUTHRIE CENTER - It was a busy time for the Ogden softball team as they continued the 2023 campaign. They played in seven games this past week and were able to win a couple of them.
They got that first win of the week on Monday night against Madrid, 7-4.
Madrid scored two in the top of the first but a two-run bomb by Emma Moorman tied it up. After a scoreless second, Ogden got two more in the third. Ogden won the fifth inning, 2-1 and both teams scored a run in the sixth.
